1. Exchange Timeline
We offer a 15-day exchange policy from the date of product delivery.
2. Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- A valid reason for return is shared (wrong size, defective, etc.)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
4. How to Initiate Exchange
Please email us at info@unikidz.in with your:
- Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Product image (if defective or incorrect)
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the process.
5. Legal Terms
This policy is governed by Indian law and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
